We replace batteries without touching the battery or any part of the watch by hand, as moisture from finger tips can be corosive.

We also properly clean contacts at the same time

WE USE ONLY GENUINE OMEGA PARTS.

We have a long standing stable relationship with Swatch Group, the Omega agent and enjoy the facility of being able to order any parts we need.

If a part happens to be not in stock at Swatch, they will place an order with the Omega factory in Switzerland and we will receive it with minimum delay.
